The Brief: Provide a quirky and informal food and drinks solution for 400 delegates attending The Billion Journey Project event in London.

The Solution: Any outdoor event has its challenges but in central London with its limited space, tricky access, permits and vehicle emission fees, it requires experience and consideration.

The mix addressed the above challenges and created a tented outdoor food and drinks village, serving a selection of dishes to tantalise the taste buds including Indian cuisine, fish and chips, flat bread kebabs, stone baked pizza and vegan burgers. A partnership was brokered with London’s finest patisserie, Didier’s Patisserie, to provide a selection of decadent, individually served cakes.

Guests were welcomed with a glass of fizz and a full bar operation installed inside the venue.
