The Brief: Create a pop-up reception area for 400 guests.
The Solution: We’ve been an approved vendor for Northumbria University for six years and often provide external catering support, which perfectly complements the in-house food and drink provision.
Whilst the main hall was set-up for dinner by the in-house team, we executed and managed a pop-up reception area which accommodated the 400 guests. With mobile bars, drinks reception, waiting staff and marquees, the mix took the pressure of the internal team and kept guests happy.
